Terms of Service

Scope

ReRune is a business software service for localisation workflows, translation management, billing administration, and third-party integrations. These terms govern access to the web application, related APIs, and any beta features unless separate written terms apply.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
• Organisation owners are responsible for team access, invited users, and configured integrations within their workspace.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or security-testing activity without prior authorization.

Customer content

You retain responsibility for the files, translation strings, prompts, glossary content, and other data submitted to the service. You confirm that you have the rights required to upload, process, and share that content with your team and enabled integrations.

Third-party integrations

If you enable integrations such as Stripe, DeepL, or OpenRouter, their separate terms and privacy rules apply to the relevant processing. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of those integrations is lawful for your organisation and your data sets.

Fees and billing

• Paid plans, add-ons, trials, cancellation rules, and billing intervals are shown in the product and checkout flow.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider rather than directly by ReRune.
• Overdue, cancelled, or incomplete billing setup may limit access to paid functionality.

Availability and changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary, including for security, compliance, or product development reasons. Beta features may change faster and may not be covered by the same service expectations as general-availability features.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, or material breach of these terms. Billing and statutory retention obligations may survive account deletion where required by law.

Liability and governing law

Any mandatory consumer or business law that cannot be excluded remains unaffected. For all other matters, align the final limitation-of-liability and governing-law wording with your legal counsel and contract model before production launch in Germany.
