This register identifies the third-party providers that support ReRune production workflows or receive customer content when an optional integration is enabled and triggered.

Scope of this register

This register identifies providers that process personal data or customer content for confirmed ReRune production workflows. Core providers support hosting, storage, email delivery, billing, subscriptions, and platform operation.

DeepL and OpenRouter are optional integration recipients. They process customer content only when a customer enables the relevant integration and a user triggers the corresponding translation workflow.

Subprocessor responsibility

BasalBit GmbH remains responsible for selecting providers that support ReRune operations and for maintaining appropriate contractual, confidentiality, and data protection commitments with processors used on behalf of ReRune.

Customer control over optional features

Customers control the content they upload to ReRune and control whether optional integration workflows are used. Users should review translation content before submitting it to optional providers and before using translated content in production.

Transfer context

Hostinger hosts ReRune production data in Frankfurt, Germany. Stripe Payments Europe, Limited supports billing from Ireland / EEA. Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online delivers transactional and newsletter email. DeepL SE is located in Germany / EU. OpenRouter, LLC is located in the United States.
