This register identifies third-party providers that support ReRune production workflows, consent-based analytics, or optional customer-triggered integrations.

Scope of this register

This register identifies providers that process personal data or customer content for confirmed ReRune production workflows. Core providers support hosting, storage, email delivery, billing, subscriptions, and platform operation.

DeepL and OpenRouter are optional integration recipients. They process customer content only when a customer enables the relevant integration and a user triggers the corresponding translation workflow.

Subprocessor responsibility

BasalBit GmbH remains responsible for selecting providers that support ReRune operations and for maintaining appropriate contractual, confidentiality, and data protection commitments with processors used on behalf of ReRune.

Customer control over optional features

Customers control the content they upload to ReRune and control whether optional integration workflows are used. Users should review translation content before submitting it to optional providers and before using translated content in production.

Transfer context

Hostinger hosts ReRune production data in Frankfurt, Germany. The configured PostHog Cloud EU service is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany according to PostHog's official documentation. Stripe Payments Europe, Limited supports billing from Ireland / EEA. Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online delivers transactional and newsletter email. DeepL SE is located in Germany / EU. OpenRouter, LLC is located in the United States.

Analytics processing and safeguards

PostHog Inc. acts as processor for the consent-based analytics workflow under a signed Data Processing Agreement. ReRune uses PostHog Cloud EU in Frankfurt, has configured the project to discard client IP data, and relies on the agreement's EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses, Module 2, provisions for authorized processing outside the EEA. Analytics events are retained for 12 months under the current Free plan.

Anonymous device/session identifiers; stable internal user ID after sign-in; account-safe IDs; event names; counts; enums; platform/locale metadata; approved UTMs; origin-and-path URLs; browser/device metadata. No intentional email, names, translation content, prompts, credentials, repository URLs, support free text, raw exceptions, or recordings.

Location / transfer context

PostHog Cloud EU is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. The signed DPA incorporates the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses, Module 2, for authorized processing outside the EEA.
